The PROVERBS Spirit Deck is a set of 52 cards of wisdom to guide discussions towards meaning. Use them after dinner, to break the ice at an event, or to get to know someone better. Allow your heart, mind, soul and strength to be molded in the wisdom of Proverbs.

Spirit Decks was the brainchild of close friends Robert Ritter and his wife, Hannah. Their goal was to create a deck of cards that helps people connect more deeply with the Bible, with one another, and with themselves.

After seeing my work on The Gospel Story, I joined the project as the Illustrator and Graphic Designer. While several thematic directions were explored, we ultimately chose the Book of Proverbs for its wisdom-driven, reflective nature—making it a natural fit for a daily card format. This led to the cover concept, featuring “Lady Wisdom” watching over the earth.

From concept to completion, I led the visual direction of the project, handling illustration, layout, and print-ready file preparation before sending the deck to production.
